Collections in the Brownless Biomedical Library
Print Collection
The main collection is located on the second floor of the Biomedical library. You can search for print books and ebooks in the library catalogue. Click on the location code of a print book to discover more information about its location and loan period.
The high use books are located in the room behind the service desk on the ground floor, along with self service holds and self checkout machines. Books from this collection are available for overnight and 7 day loan.
Biomedical journals are located in the basement and are available to supplement our online journals.
The library also houses the History of Medicine collection, located in the basement. These books have the location code BioMed H and BioMed Hf.

A wide range of ebooks and online journals are always available to all staff and students of the University of Melbourne. Use Dicovery (login required), to find information within these electronic resources.
